So it has officially been way to long since the last time I wrote a blog so I figured it was time to write one up. This week I am on spring break, which is quite nice, I am just relaxing at home not doing much. The big news is I have a Interview today for a teaching job in Georgia. I am pretty excited for it, I do not yet know if I wish to move out of the state but I am willing to do it. I think it is time for a new experience and I think this would be the best opportunity for that.
Besides getting ready for this interview the past few weeks have been jammed packed with teaching and different FFA events. I had the whole class load for 3 weeks and it was a lot of work, but I loved it. At the beginning of the semester I knew that this busy part of the year was when I would decided whether or not I would want to teach, and I have decided that I definitely what to become a teacher. After we get back from spring break I will be down to just 3 classes, which will be nice, so I can work on my portfolio and try and get that elusive job! It is starting to get nerve wracking wondering when I will get one and IF I will get one. So keep your fingers crossed for me.
I know it has been a while since I have blogged and should have a whole lot more to say, I am busy here on the farm and have to get prepared for this phone interview today. So I hope everyone is having a great week and their student teaching experience is going as well as mine.
